I’m incredibly excited to share that Allevia Technology has been awarded 1st place in TWO categories in the Cityview “Best of the Best” 2024 poll! We won 1st place in the “Computer Security” category AND the “IT Services Provider” category. Wow!

First, this means that we have amazing clients! Without them trusting us as the technology partner for their organization, there’s no way we would be where we are today. We are continually grateful for their trust in us, and we seek to earn their business through every single interaction; whether that’s a ticket, phone call, text, or on-site visit, we seek to serve our clients!

We take our mission of “Love People Manage Tech” very seriously, and these awards solidify to me that our mission is resonating with our customers. In an era where customer service feels like it’s constantly slipping away, winning these awards means that the desire for true, one-on-one customer service will never disappear. As a business community, we can automate and bring in artificial intelligence bots ‘til the cows come home, but people will always yearn for interaction with other people. That, at its core, is our mission. Showing love through every customer interaction – no matter how small – is our core purpose. Sure, we can treat people well, but we also must be excellent at the technical aspects of the job, too. The mission is only fulfilled when BOTH “Love People” and “Manage Tech” are done well.

In the ever-evolving landscape of cybersecurity, we strive to keep our clients as protected as possible. While it’s never possible to eliminate 100% of all risks or threats (anyone who tells you they can do that is either lying, incompetent, or both), our aim is to educate our clients and equip them with the right solution for their security needs. Cybersecurity is kind of like healthcare: there are some general rules to stay secure/healthy, but each “treatment plan” is – and should be – bespoke to the patient.

The combination of these two awards means that we are SERVING and SECURING our clients well and they recognize and appreciate that. To them, very simply, I would say “thank you!”
